To empower them and to let them feel like they are surrounded by their closest friends. If a photographer can do this, then this is when true personality can start to show.<br /><br />We pride ourselves in our ability to make people feel at ease. We are all in our 20's and so are most of our clients. We grew up in Vancouver and Victoria and know the area very well. We get to do what we love and capture shots like this. This is not your typical wedding photo, and just forget the subject matter for a minute and take in the colors, the falling rice, the bubbles, the happiness of the people in the background and the movement of the bride and groom.<br /> <br />This was shot with a D200 with the 18-200mm Nikon VR Reduction lens. This lens is amazing and lets us move in and out of our subjects very fast. After their ceremony we only had about 1 hour of daylight. We took them in our Volvo V70 and drove them all around the Sydney area. Aran has been taking photographs in that area for years and they were surprised at all the neat locations that we took them to. Our favorite spot is by this beautiful gerry oak that overlooks a small lake.
